Model who slept with Premier League star gives brutal verdict on England's Euro chances
EXCLUSIVE: A controversial Italian model who spent time in London having an affair with a Premier League star says England will not win Euro 2024 - despite saying they have the best players
While we may think it is finally coming home this summer – one notorious Italian model has other ideas.
Paola Saulino, 34, hailed England as the best team in Euro 2024 but said Gareth Southgate’s men still won’t lift the trophy.
The football-obsessed influencer, who bonked a Premier League star behind his girlfriend’s back, accused the nation of being 'Spursy' and 'bottlers' in the big moments.
But with no Tottenham Hotspur players actually included in the squad this summer, does Paola hold any hope for the English?
Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “The best players in Spain, Germany and England this year were all English - Bellingham, Kane, Foden.
“So if it is based on talent England should win. But England doesn't have a winning mentality. When they play a top team they lose their confidence. Just look how rare it is when you win a penalty shootout.”
Ouch! Despite the low blow, the woman famous for an oral sex tour is also not so enthusiastic about her own nation's Euros fate.
Asked if Italy could win the competition back to back, she said: “Talking in general about Italy and England’s chances we can say that England has an easy group while Italy has a tougher one. So being honest Italy has low possibilities to win and I don’t think we will have the same luck of 2021.”
She believes Italy will not get further than the Round of 16 and that France will likely win the tournament - but said Germany were her dark horses.
Paola rose to fame during the 2016 Italian referendum when she promised men who voted ‘no’ sexual favours before the constitutional reforms under former prime minister Matteo Renzi were rejected.
She later embarked on an oral sex tour and has since made headlines for her fierce passion for Napoli – including when she wore only body paint to a game after the club won its first Scudetto since 1990.
But it was an exclusive interview with this publication in 2022 which caused her to go viral once again. In it, she revealed she slept with a Premier League star in a car before he “begged” for nudes daily.
She later flew to London to continue the affair but it ended bitterly when his agent supposedly approached her in an “aggressive manner” at a restaurant before all contact was cut.
And speaking about the player’s girlfriend finding out, she said: “I was accused and threatened by her. She told me that I was a wh**e and I had to keep my dirty hands away from her boyfriend.
“These things make me sad. No one is owned by anyone first of all. But why should a woman insult another woman instead of being angry with her partner who f***** me?”
Despite dismissing England as having a loser mentality, the model recently defended Kyle Walker after his cheating scandal - saying betrayel is natural and she felt sorry for the Three Lions ace.
