Pep Guardiola has been left 'upset' by his team after Jack Grealish, Riyad Mahrez, and Kyle Walker didn't invite him to join them when they were spotted in Manchester on Sunday evening

Pep Guardiola says he was 'upset' that he wasn't invited by his players after a video of Jack Grealish emerged.

Grealish, Riyad Mahrez, and Kyle Walker were all captured on video outside Albert's Schloss, in Manchester, on Sunday.

No club curfews were broken, and it happened a day after Manchester City's 4-1 FA Cup win over Fulham.

And Guardiola has joked he was 'upset' he wasn't invited by the players when asked about the video in his pre-match press conference.

The City boss then quipped he was going to fine the players because of the 'snub'.

Ahead of City's clash with Brentford, Guardiola said: "I'm so upset because they didn't invite me.

The Catalan boss then added: "The video didn't show what happened. They had dinner together, and they were sober.

City players were given the day off on Monday ahead of their Premier League clash with Brentford on Wednesday evening.

Guardiola's side are currently sat on top of the Premier League table, and City have a nine-point advantage over Liverpool, but the Reds have a game in hand.
