Google Maps users spot naughty Santa Claus antics at Christmas around the world
Father Christmas and his merry elves has been spotted a few times by Google Maps viewers - sometimes in compromising positions that could land him on his own naughty list
Google Maps is a haven for crazy sightings around the world all year long and Christmas is no exception.
Fans of the app have spotted some of 'Santa's' antics in various locations around the world – and some of them would definitely land him on the naughty list.
Eagle-eyed viewers have shared their finds across the internet so this festive season, the Daily Star has tracked down the sightings from around the world.
Half-dressed Santa
In Melbourne, Australia a half-dressed Santa was spotted scrambling to get dressed as he emerges from a garage with some female elves watching him.
The Street View Secrets account on TikTok shared the sight with their followers with the caption: "Uh oh Santa got busted..."
The screen then moves around the garage to show presents and his beard flung over the back of a chair as he stands in just a vest and trousers.
The post left fans in hysterics, with one user jokingly warning: "There are children on TikTok!"
Seems very compromising – but we won't tell Mrs Claus!
One thing that doesn't seem like it would be on the nice list is being a danger in the middle of the road.
But one very mischievous Santa decided to challenge a woman to push-ups in the middle of a busy city road.
A Spanish-captioned video posted by Google Earth mystery on TikTok shows a big man in a Santa hat going head to head with a very petite woman.
But he must have lost as the poster captioned the post: "How sad."
Santa the Tourist
While the legendary man may travel around the world for one night a year – he's way too busy to see all the sights.
That may be why he was spotted on Google Maps, carrying his sack as he posed for photos surrounded by tourists.
He was caught standing in his classic red suit as people in the background can be seen taking pictures.
It is not clear from the snap which was posted to Reddit just which site he was at, but it does appear to be in the US.
Let's hope he'll be done sightseeing in time for delivering that sack of presents.

While some were caught being mischievous or slacking off from work - not all the Santa's spotted on Google Maps have been caught up to no good.
A Father Christmas from Denmark was shared on Street View Fun showed the jolly fellow chatting with a boy and his mum – no doubt asking what the child wants to see under his tree on Christmas morning.
The big-bellied fellow was snapped with his hands on his hips – as we can imagine he let out a mighty HO HO HO!
